Laura Kirk is a workplace wellbeing specialist, burnout prevention strategist, and founder of Resilience Partnership. With a background in mental health support, leadership development, and organisational performance, Laura brings a grounded, practical approach to helping businesses create healthier, more resilient teams.  Laura is a qualified Social Worker, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Eye Movement Desenitisation and Reprocessing Therapist, who brings her therapeutic skills to her work.

Her work blends clinical insight with real-world business understanding — offering everything from burnout awareness workshops and 1:1 therapeutic support to full business resilience audits. Laura is known for her empathetic yet direct style, empowering individuals and organisations to tackle stress, improve communication, and build cultures where people and performance can thrive together.

She has worked with professionals across industries including healthcare, legal, education, and corporate sectors delivering group programs and 1:1 therapeutic support — always tailoring her approach to the unique pressures and goals of each workplace.
